YRPH Dental Screening Clinic

On February 13, YRPH will be coming to OLF to run their annual Dental Screening Clinic. All students in FDK and Grades 2 & 7 will be screened, as well as others that are requested by parents/guardians.

Please see the attached letter from YRPH for more information on this annual screening.

Inclement Weather 

The weather is changing and winter is just around the corner. With that in mind, please remember to dress children appropriately for outside conditions. Hats, gloves, scarves, and boots will keep your child(ren) warm during recess. It is also recommended to have an extra pair of clothes at school in the event that wet flurries arrive. Extreme Cold Weather Tomorrow

Dear York Catholic District School Board Families, 

The Weather Network forecasts that the temperature tomorrow morning will be -20 degrees Celsius, with wind chills approaching -30 degrees Celsius. York Region Public Health has issued an Extreme Cold Weather Warning, which is expected to remain in effect until Wednesday, January 22, 2025.
